by feeding some necessary information . If you require
anything, which is not listed in our online order form,
yo ucan send email to our Sales Dept for

Fill out online order form in Garments section by input
of some necessary information, if you would like to
order a special garment / model send email to Garment's
Sales Dept for immediate response. To see our models
/ styles visit our Garments' Product Showroom.

How soon I will receive my order ?

The delivery time is differs product ot product, to
know exactly how much we will take to deliver the goods
see out Product Directory. For sampling, swatch
books please take an overview of our Sampling Guide.

How do I know, my order is confirmed and processing
?

Leather
When you place an order with complete specification
(selection, substance, isze, avg-size, price) you will
immediately receive a confirmation from our Sales Dept
via email, for your convenience we will provide you
an order tracking no to know the status of your order,
just quote tracking # to our Sales Dept
for immediate response. If you are re-ordering
for the same specification you have no need to send
all specifications again, just refer our tracking #
and our Sales Dept. will confirm you accordingly.

(v) How do I amend my order, If any change or cancel
?
For

After confirmation of your order within 2 days you may
have some changes via Email or online
order form, otherwise you are responsibel for
the entire happening. Cancellation of order without
any concrete reason, ZSL has full rights to take
any action by legal authorities or whatsover.
